Your details, and what you can change
What you can edit yourself, what you have to ask us about, and what changing your email affects.
Overview
Your profile is what we hold about you. It is where the name on your card and receipts comes from, and the address we use to reach you.
Most of it you can change yourself, and changes take effect straight away.
A few fields lock once you are a member — your name, mainly. Your card and receipts have already been issued with it, so we change it for you rather than letting it drift out of step. Just ask.
Your password is in the Security section of the same page. If you signed in with Google there is no password here to change.

| Your email address | You can change it, but be careful — it is how you sign in, and where payment links, renewal notices and receipts go. |
| Your photo | Appears on your card. There is a size limit, and photos straight off a phone are often too big. |
| Where changes show up | On your card the next time you open it. On receipts only from your next payment — we never rewrite a receipt that has already been issued. |

If you change your email, make sure it works firstIt is how you sign in and where everything is sent. An address you cannot read will also lock you out of password resets.
